Counselling in Cheltenham, for you, your child, or your organisation

I'm Shelley, and I offer counselling in Cheltenham and across Gloucestershire: face to face, by phone or online, for adults, for children and young people, for schools, and for workplaces.

Wherever you're starting from, there's a page for you below.

Where do you start?

A real person, not a directory listing

Cheltenham's Counselling Centre is just me. There's no team behind the name, and no handover to somebody else once you've made contact. I see clients at my practice rooms, and I also work by phone and online, so being some distance away doesn't have to be the reason you go without support. Read more about how I got here on my About page.

Why work with me

Before I ever trained as a counsellor, I spent a whole career around children:

  • first as a nursery manager,
  • then in social care,
  • then in schools in SEN, special educational needs, and pastoral roles.
